Project Overview

Welcome to my 2025 showreel—a curated collection of conceptual commercials and motion pieces for some of the world's most iconic brands, including Coca-Cola, Nike, Dior, and Pokémon. This reel is more than a showcase of 3D animation and VFX; it's a demonstration of a next-generation creative workflow. Each piece was brought to life through a synergy of traditional 3D artistry and a sophisticated, AI-assisted process for ideation, design, and visual effects. The goal was to display versatility in style—from the sleek minimalism of Nike to the playful energy of McDonald's—all unified by a commitment to high-quality, cinematic execution.
My Philosophy: AI as the Ultimate Creative Co-Pilot

My creative process is built on the belief that AI is the ultimate co-pilot for the modern artist. It's a tool not for replacement, but for amplification. By integrating generative AI at key stages, I can accelerate the most time-consuming parts of the creative workflow—like ideation, look development, and environment creation—allowing me to focus my energy on the core artistic tasks of animation, storytelling, and final polish. This hybrid approach enables a solo artist to produce a diverse portfolio of work with the scale and fidelity of a large studio.

Project Spotlights: A Look Inside the AI Process

While the AI-assisted workflow was used across all projects, here are a few case studies that highlight its different applications.

Case Study 1: Miss Dior - AI for Natural Elegance
The Challenge: Create a sophisticated reveal where the perfume bottle emerges from a blooming, photorealistic peony flower.

The AI Process: I used Midjourney to generate ultra-realistic images of a pink peony at various stages of blooming. These images served as both the direct backplates and textural references. The ethereal, dream-like sky in the final shots was also an AI-generated environment. The 3D bottle was then carefully composited and lit to match the soft, natural beauty of the AI elements, creating a seamless and elegant final shot.

Case Study 2: Pokémon - AI as a Thematic Interior Designer
The Challenge: Design and build a complete child's bedroom entirely dedicated to a single theme: Pikachu.

The AI Process: This was a prime example of "AI as an Interior Designer." I prompted Midjourney with detailed descriptions of a Pikachu-themed room, iterating on furniture design, color palettes, and decor. The final AI image provided a complete, approved "blueprint" for the room, which I then meticulously recreated in 3D, modeling each asset to match the concept.
Case Study 3: Coca-Cola - AI for Abstract VFX
The Challenge: Form the iconic Coca-Cola bottle out of a dynamic, energetic, and abstract substance.

The AI Process: The swirling, particle-based liquid effect was a perfect task for AI video generation tools like RunwayML or Pika Labs. I generated short, abstract clips of red energy and liquid tendrils. These clips were then brought into After Effects, masked, and manipulated to conform to the bottle's silhouette, creating a complex and organic visual effect that would have been incredibly time-consuming to achieve with traditional fluid simulations alone.
